Currently unable to access my files through Dropbox Drive. Brown little box.

Hi,

I'm currently unable to access my files through Dropbox Drive. All files have a brown symbol atop the files and it says that dropbox is unable to sync the files. This all happened after the Crowdstrike thing. I disinstalled the app and reinstalled, but to no avail. What should I do?

Cheers

That image means they are also being sync'd to OneDrive.

It isnt compatible to have 2 cloud services syncing at the same time. You need to download them from OneDrive and just put them in Dropbox - make sure OneDrive isnt syncing the same folder.
