Hello
I am no longer able to view my photos and videos that were uploaded before 2016.
A prompt says "Display limit reached. To view try searching in files"
But I´m not searching for any specific image. Rather the whole idea of using Dropbox was to have an online digital catalog where I could go back and see my old photos. Is that not possible? Where are my pictures now? Are they gone?
Kind regards, Tommy

Hi TommyZW, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Are you viewing these images on the Dropbox site or in the mobile app?
This will help me to assist further!

Thanks for the prompt response.
It is on the mobile app that I get the message.
But I´ve only used about 21% of my 2TB storage.

Hey TommyZW, sorry to jump in here, but I just wanted to mention that it's expected to receive this display limit error when trying to view or scroll through a large amount of files via the Dropbox app.
As a workaround, we'd recommend using the Dropbox site via a browser.
