Download fails at 315mb every time
I have uploaded 10 1GB files. When people (including me) try to download them they fail at 315mb, every time. Why is this happening?

Thanks for your patience on this. I have great news!
Our dev team has identified the issue and fixed it. The fix is now being rolled out.
Thanks again for reporting and being vigilants of our community :)

I'm having the recurring problem when trying to share various files (archived zip. folders) above 300 MB via the Public folder and the individual link.
The files simply fail to be downloaded by all the recepients and myself included. The files below 300 MB are downloaded as normal.
There appears to be an ongoing issue with this. I'm merging this thread into the larger discussion that's already taking place.

I've just spoken with a contact within Dropbox and they tell me that this is a known bug and that they're currently working on a solution. I'll post more if and when I get it.

Thanks. I'm glad that this is now known issue and being addressed. At first I thought it was my client user error or computer/ISP issues but it kept happening for both US and international clients of mine.
I send lots of larger files so it's starting to impact my workflow and time because when there is an issue, I have to resend the larger files via WeTransfer and then things start to become scattered.
