downloading a large video file
I am trying to move an apple video file to my computer using drop box. The problem, is that it is large, 3.5 GB. I cannot open the file in my windows media player or upload it to my windows movie maker program for editing. Because the file is large, I cannot "save as" an mp4. I am hoping to edit and splice this for uploading to YouTube. I'm not sure if I need an online video editor, that might work.

Hey there scifi50, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
I'm not sure where Dropbox comes into play here, but could you send us a screenshot of any errors you might be getting so that we can have a look too?
Thanks!
