Out of curiosity: would you mind trying to download a video file, using a different browser altogether, to see if you get the same results there?

tried downloading using another app name 4k video downloader, and the result is the same.

What Megan meant was to test this via a completely different browser (not just website to download your file).
You can also try an incognito window, if you prefer.

Hi SamPT, odd indeed.
Would you be able to send us a few screenshots walking us through the exact steps you follow on your end when trying to download the file?
Just make sure none of your personal info is shown there.
I'd also love to know where your Dropbox folder is currently located locally.
