Dropbox cannot open or download JPEG file
Hi,
I saved a hundred of JPEG photos into dropbox. I am unable to view the file. It states "Couldn't preview this file".
The funny thing is I was able to download 2 photos through my phone and computer, and was able to see the photos. But I tried to do this for the other photos, and wasn't able to do so. Would appreciate help on this because those are travel photos which I would really like to recover. đ I believe my files has been corrupted.

Hi jadepeonies! Iâm sorry to hear youâre experiencing this issue.
Have you tried previewing the photos on your web account via a different browser? Are you seeing the same message if you do this?
Also, do you mind uploading a screenshot of what you see after downloading and opening your photos on your local device?
Let me know when youâve got more updates.
