Hi! I'm not really sure how to check the resolution of the videos as they are on the web. Can you tell me how to do that?

2 years agoWhen you preview the capture from your Dropbox account, you should be able to see the quality at the lower right corner of your window Joy17
Could you give it a go and let me know what you find?

This is very interesting! I have about 120ish Captures. The only ones that show a resolution in the lower right are 480p! What's crazy is that videos created earlier or later that same day (using the same process) don't have a resolution on them 🤔

And does this persist after clearing your browser's cache or on another browser, preferably with no extensions or plugins running Joy17?

So, looks like I can see more of the resolutions in Chrome than in Safari. AND, I actually found one that says 780p!
Now, how do I get one to 1080p? I'm definitely choosing 1080p as my Video Quality.
