Dropbox comments box scroll arrows disappeared.
Hi there,
This morning when loading a document I've been working on, the scrolling arrows in the comments box are not showing. Upon loading, they appear squashed in the top right hand corner of the comments box for a few seconds, and then vanish. Myself and a colleague are currently unable to scroll through the comments at all. They had been working fine up until today.
I've loaded the file on three different browsers including Firefox - all have the same issue.
Thanks,
Justin.

Hi Nancy, I'm having the same issue across a wide ranging consultant team. I've tried incognito on Mac and it hasn't worked either.

Sorry to hear this, MattMcKenzie. Can you (and some of your colleagues perhaps) test this from an incognito window on your Mac devices, and let me know if it makes any difference? I’d like us to narrow the issue down as much as possible and investigate further.

I too am experiencing this problem. Multiple colleagues on multiple different computers/browsers are unable to comment as the lack of scroll bar allows only 6 comments to be visible.
One colleague using Edge on PC has a working scroll bar, but all browsers on the macs in use by designers are unable to see comments.
I have tested on mac OSX 15.1 (24B83) using Brave/Chrome, Firefox and Edge - all fail to provide a scroll bar! - Walter2 years ago

Hi and thanks for the report DvanStraaten - much appreciated.
I'll check with the team, but could you test this on an incognito window as well in the meantime?
Does it persist on a new test file?

Something else is wrong here. Multiple of our team members are experiencing the same problem. I logged in on Brave (I normally use Chrome) both doesn't work. I believe you've got a bigger problem here.

Thanks for the additional information and the screenshots too justinheazlewood
Can you please clear your browser's cache and try another browser (preferably with no extensions or plugins running) and let us know if you get the same results?
If you do, could you try this on another file of yours as a test?

Resending the screenshots. I can confirm three separate people are having the same issue with this document.
