2 years agoHey Kathak536, does this happen only when you try to view the file in desktop mode?
Also, do you notice the same behavior when using a different browser?

Hi Kathak536, is this occurring for just one Paper file, or all Paper documents?
Are these documents on your account, or were they shared to you?
- Kathak5362 years agoExplorer | Level 3This is happening with all paper documents within my account, and also with a separate link in incognito mode.
