Dropbox Stuck trying to upload "My Outlook Data File(1).pst"Have you closed Outlook? Dropbox can't sync a file while another application has a lock on it. PST files won't sync until you close Outlook completely. Even closing the PST within Outlook isn't enough, as Outlook will maintain a lock on the file until the application is closed.

Hi dwr2482, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Just for clarification, you deleted the pst file, and the Dropbox desktop application still says that it's trying to upload the file, is that correct?
This will help me to assist further!

Thanks for the info. Could you try quitting the Dropbox desktop application completely, then clear the Dropbox cache, and then restart the app?
