Dropbox transfer downloads are constantly failing for uploads up to 100gbs
Hello, I'm new to Dropbox Transfer. I've uploaded several files of sizes anywhere between 40gb to 100gb. I want to send these files to a friend who is attempting to download these files.
I gave my friend one of the downloads which is about 50gb and he's attempted to download it 7 times today, each time failing to download. The furthest he got was half way download and then it failed.
Is there any way to download files without failure? What might be the cause of the download failing every time? Is there a way to continue a download from where it last failed?
Edit: For now, I'm attempting to reduce the download size to 20gb or less and seeing if that changes anything for us

Hi philzd, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could they try switching browsers to see if this helps?
Otherwise, they can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, and clearing the cache.
Let me know how it goes!
