Error Message When Accessing files in a Linked Business Account from File Explorer

I have a personal account and a linked business account. I can see both in my File Explorer (which is how I typically access files). Whenever I try to access any of the "older" files in my business...

    Hi KMAPRO, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

     

    Are you able to mark the Dropbox folder for the Business account as available offline by following these steps?

     

    Does the sync icon change to a green icon afterwards?

     

    This will help me to assist further!
