Export Paper Docs as Team Admin
Hi All,
Posting here hoping to get some insights into how team admins export paper documents off Dropbox. We have a need to export all paper docs on our account to users OneDrive instances. Since the Microsoft Migration Manager tool is not able to export paper documents, we tried exporting the paper documents by signing in as the user.
Unfortunately, the option to Export all of the docs you have created doesn't show up for a team admin (Export Dropbox Paper docs - Dropbox Help). Since we seem to be on the old version of Dropbox paper, we are planning to use the feature "Export all Paper docs" (Dropbox Paper Admin Settings For Dropbox Business - Dropbox Help). However, we seem to have thousands of paper documents and the Dropbox support team seems to think that this operation would likely fail.
Short of working with the api's is there any other way to export all paper docs? Does "Export All Paper docs" export even the documents owned by team members whose accounts are disconnected/suspended? This is not made clear by the documentation linked. Has someone tried this before?

Hey JithinR, thanks for taking the time to post to the Dropbox Community.
I'm afraid that apart from the steps in the help center articles you linked in your post, there are no other Dropbox ways to export your Paper docs.
You mentioned our support team, though, would you mind sending us the ticket number for your communication with them, so we can have a look?

Thanks @Hannah. The ticket number is 22638982. Can you please confirm if the "Export all paper docs" operation would export those paper docs whose owners are no longer at our organization (with Disconnected/Suspended accounts for example).
Are deleted paper documents the only ones that are excluded from this operation?
