Files blocked on desktop and cannot be viewed
Hello,
I am finding some issues regarding the files visualization in Dropbox for desktop. I already removed the app, and reinstalled it; I checked if it was a problem of space, but I have enough; and I can access to the folders through the side bar, but, when I click the folder or a file, it blocks.
All files are synchronized and when I click to open any ot them, I get the error message:
I really appreciate if you can help me today.
Many thanks.
regrds.

Hey cmolinarielias, sorry to see you're having trouble opening your files on your desktop.
It seems the error message you're getting, is missing from your message above, can you copy it again? Or better yet, can you send us a screenshot?
Also, please let us know what your computer's OS and version is, plus the version and sync status of the Dropbox app.
You can see the latter, by hovering over your Dropbox icon.
Thanks!
