2 years agoThanks for the extra info, Jacob! Appreciate it.
From what you’ve mentioned so far, it sounds like the issue lies with the new router.
Is this only happening when trying to download large files? What if you try to download a couple more files that are smaller in size? I’d like to make sure this doesn’t happen at random.
If the issue persists with files larger in size, then I’d suggest checking with your ISP to make sure there’s no restriction there (you should be able to download up to 250GB of data from the Dropbox website at once).

I tried several downloads around 500MB. It was fairly consistent that files smaller than 500 were successful whereas those above 500 failed. I'll double check with our ISP about a size restriction but I don't have this issue when downloading large files from other sites (Google drive, Hightail, FTP sites, etc.) so it seems directly related to Dropbox.

Thanks for testing that, Jacob! If your ISP doesn’t see any issue on their end, please let me know here, and I’ll be glad to investigate this further.

Thanks for your help. I spoke with our ISP, they aren't seeing anything on their end that would restrict our downloads.

Alright. Can I log a ticket for you then, and investigate internally? I can message you to this email address.
