Garbled Audio in mp4

I uploaded a presentation to my video folder.  The video on the first slide of the video is garbled.  This does not occur on my other platforms: YouTube and iCloud sharing.   Any suggestions? T...

Could you let us know if opening the file via the Files app on your iPad gives the correct audio or not?

    You cannot open Dropbox from the iPad app folder.  It only opens files stored on the iPad and iCloud.  As I said before, if downloaded to iPad from Dropbox, its fine.  It’s also fine if I open Dropbox with a browser.  The problem is only opening it in the Dropbox App on all my devices.

    What does that involve?  I don’t allow outside agencies to take control of my devices.
