Generating hierarchical folder structure overview in Dropbox

Hello Dropbox Community,

We are looking for a way to generate an overarching view of our folder structure in Dropbox. Specifically, we need an overview that shows how the folders are organized hierarchically. For example, the "Testing" folder contains several subfolders, each of which may have additional nested subfolders, and so on.

Our goal is to obtain a report that illustrates how these folder structures are configured, without accessing or revealing the contents of the files themselves.

Has anyone found a way to generate such an overview within Dropbox? If so, we would appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to achieve this.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi there Dionisie - thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to the Community!

I'm afraid there's no such option at this time, but I'll leave this thread open for other users to jump in, in case they have something additional to offer.

Also note that you can post your idea is the Ideas area by following these tips, if you'd like to see something implemented.

In the meantime, feel free to elaborate on your use-case and why you'd be needing this.

    Thanks!
