How can I access my folders in Dropbox on desktop?

Hello - none of my folders are available in my laptop Dropbox account. They are all visible and live in my IPhone app. How can I find them on my laptop account? I use Chrome. Family plan. Plenty of storage space. Thank you so much.

Hey spriestman - thanks for posting on our Community and happy Monday!

Can you please clarify if you're only using a web browser to access your Dropbox account or if you're using the Dropbox desktop app as well?

Since you mentioned Chrome, have you ensured that you're logged in and looking at the correct account? What do you see in your account's settings when it comes to your plan and on homepage regarding your files?

Let us know more information and we'll take it from there.
