I cannot open my PowerPoint file online.

My powerpoint won't open online. I could yesterday but not today. i have cleared cache

    Hey I just found out mine is working too! Thanks guys! But it was definitely a super slow action from Dropbox

Do you get any errors on your end when this happens? If I were you, I'd also try a different browser, just to see the results you get there.

no error messages show up on Chrome. On Microsoft Bing I get the attached error message.

    I am still facing the issue. Cannot open PowerPoint in dropbox. Restarted my laptop and did everything possible.

      It looks like it may be a Microsoft issue based on the error codes but when I go to their status site, they aren't reflecting any outages.  Sure hope someone who knows something can help!!

        I thought the same too. I have complained to Microsoft too sracinez Hope it will be solved soon! Double job for me now
