I can't upload files from my Dropbox account to my Android to device.
As The title says I cannot upload files from my dropbox to my android to device. It keeps closing it will upload from my phone to my dropbox to my computer but wont upload a file to my device. I click a file to install to my device it just flashes then a pop up comes up saying files keep stopping APP INFO or CLOSE APP I have deleted the app cleared all cache cleared data same issue I then reinstalled the app and I keep getting the same problem. all internet wifi works all mobile data works. I don't know what else to do then to find another app to sync my files. This just started today any help would be appreciated.
I figured it out, the files app on my phone was the issue. I uninstalled the updates and went into Dropbox and it worked. Strange but that was the culprit

From my phone in Dropbox when I click a file and click upload to device it just flashes and that's it but if I take a file from my phone and upload it to a Dropbox folder it works fine. I have done everything I can think of and it wont work. right now I am cleaning my phone up of any cache issues and will restart it and reinstall Dropbox and try again. it worked fine yesterday evening.

Welcome aboard our forum, mdcowby!
To make sure I got this right, can you include a few screenshots of what you see exactly on your end?
I’d also like you to describe the exact steps you’re taking to install a file to your device. Do you mean that you’re trying to export your files perhaps to your local device, and the exporting fails?
Let me know, and we’ll go from there.
