I can't zoom in to the Dropbox image preview

I'm having trouble with image previews in Dropbox on my Windows 11 machine. Whenever I click on a JPEG image to preview it, the image appears in a small, fixed-size window. I can't seem to resize the...

As a local file, not a web-based resource, I've encountered this issue on two separate devices following the update to Microsoft's new sync API, Cloud Files. Upon opening the preview window, the image preview on the right consistently displays at a fixed, small size.

    So, you're referring to the image as it appears in Explorer, not Dropbox, is that correct?

    Are the files available locally, or are they online-only?

      Are you able to preview images outside the Dropbox folder the way you're mentioning?

      If you quit the Dropbox desktop application completely, are you able to preview the images?

        It is completely normal in other folders, and the preview image will be scaled accordingly with the adjustment of the preview window. This is also the case in OneDrive folders.

        It is still abnormal after closing Dropbox.
