I have an old Dropbox account, how can I download my files?
Hi,
I'm really sorry to bother people probably asking something so simple but to me it's difficult as I'm not tech savvy at all.
I had forgotten I had dropbox, it's on my older phone from several years ago.
How can I download my photos please? It won't let me. I'd like to save them on a memory stick or hard drive.
Many thanks

Hi natnat78, thanks for posting today!
Are you able to log into your Dropbox account on the site using that email address for the account on your phone?
This will help me to assist further!

Hey natnat78!
Still stuck with this, or did you work some magic and fix it? Either way, we'd love to know what fixed it for you, or if you still need some help.
