I try to open a file with Dropbox on my tablet, and all I get is a horse!
A horse? That's how Dropbox tells you (apparently) that it can't open a file? With no words, no explanation? No options for fixing it? A horse--oh wait, it's not horse: it's a unicorn! Of course. Never mind.

Hey gfnov - just checking in on this; are you still having issues with this or did you manage to sort it out?

I figured out why my file would not open and was able to fix it, if that's what you're asking. But that wasn't the point of my post. The point was that instead of providing me with any information about what went wrong, or even telling me that Dropbox was unable to open the file, all you do is display a totally meaningless symbol. And no help was available elsewhere on the display either. That's an awful way to treat users who have a problem with your app.
