Internal Server Error (status code 500)
Hi,
I use GoodSync for sync my archive and I have a one folder with four 2 GB files. Very often I received an error "Internal Server Error (status code 500)". As my point of view this is not a very big size of file. How can this problem be solved? Thanks in advance!
As the issue is with GoodSync thats something you need to be asking them - from reading the message/error it sounds like an issue in the software with handling large uploads and keeping the connection open and active.

Hi,
I'v received the answer from GoodSync about my issue.
GoodSync says: This error comes from Dropbox server. Dropbox limits or drops long uploads so that their servers won't be overloaded.
If this is correct could you advice how can I solve this problem, please.
Thanks in advance,
Andrew

Hey Smapppp, how are you today?
Would you be able to share a screenshot of the error you receive on your end, so we can have visual too?
Keep me posted!

Hey Smapppp, sorry to jump in here, but I just wanted to mention that we won't be able to help much with this issue as the error seems to be coming from a 3rd party app that uses the Dropbox API points and not directly from Dropbox.
For the specific error you're getting, you can read more information here. You could also forward it to GoodSync's devs in case it helps.

Thanks you Walter,
I'll forward this message to the GoodSync.
But I already wrote their answer about this issue.
Thanks for your advice!
Best regards,
Andrew
