I've unlinked my Dropbox account on Mac and I can't see the thumbnails of my files.

Hi,  I need help with an unlinked dropbox and photo thumbnails not showing the image but instead the Jpeg image, making it impossible to edit anything.  Thanks.

Thanks. I have no idea if they were online or offline before. I can't work out now if they on of offline. All I know is files aren't useable and this has been going on for over 6 months. Is there a phone number I can call for someone to help me with this?

    Hi Thomas_Breath_Coach, currently, we only provide incoming phone support for team admins of Dropbox team subscriptions.

    Regarding your query, in order to look into this matter in more detail, I'd recommend contacting the support team directly for them to investigate further.
