My content is part of my own dropbox, It doesn't show any error it just starts to download and then shows download complete but when I open my files it's just a 0bytes file/folder

2 years agoSorry for jumping in, rayan kazi. Is this happening with all files (even small ones)?
Can you clarify the type of files you’re trying to download, as well as the size of files you’re trying to download from the website at once?

I can download the small files, but the file I am trying to download is an 84.21 GB zip file and is not downloading, please this is are my important file required for me.

You mentioned in your original post that you’re having trouble with the desktop app, as well.
Can you open your local Dropbox folder, select the file(s) you wish to download, right click on them and choose the option to copy/move them?
After that you can paste them on the location of your choice on your computer.
If you still get an error though, I’d like a full screenshot of it to investigate further. You can upload it here by clicking on the below button (right before posting your reply):

While downloading from dropbox app, it doesn't show any error, it just stops suddenly, while downloading from the browser it just get failed or I have attach a image of it, please resolve my issue as soon as possible.This is the error i get will downloading my file
