My MS Word and PDF files have become corrupt, after switching to a new Dell computer.
I recently bought a new laptop (Dell). Now when I try to access my MS Word or PDF files from Dropbox, I get a message that says that these files are corrupt and cannot be accessed. I am also unable to export these files.
I can however upload these files from my iPhone and export them to my laptop - but that's a laborious process.
Any suggestions on how I can once again use my Dropbox?

Hi @Chloemaryland! Welcome aboard our Community.
When saying your files appear to be corrupt, is this happening on www.dropbox.com or your desktop app? Can you send me a screenshot to have a visual?
Also, what happens exactly when trying to download them?
Let me know and we’ll go from there.
