My photos won't open on Dropbox

Great info.  Thank you so much!  DropBox is still great for me to use but now I have that part figured out.

I am just looking for the simplest ways to share these to customers so I was trying my DropBox account.

Also, I uploaded a couple of former pics that were very small photos and they instantly opened in DropBox. 

I also changed the .JPEG file to a .JPG but it still would not open on DropBox.

DropBox always opened my hundreds of files in the past when i used it and it opened all of my created videos back then.

I'm just stuck of not getting to get any of me new stuff opened so I may unfortunately have to use something besides DropBox but I have loved DropBox for so long.

Here are the width and height of one of them I'm toying aroud with that will not open.

Aside from the 100 MB limit, are the images greater than 50 megapixels in size?

When you download the images to your computer, can they be previewed normally?

I had red where jpg files over 100 MB are not able to be previewed, but even when I try to open the file to see it, I get the same notifications.  I even tried loading a smaller one that was only 36 MB, but it would not show a review nor would it open either.

DropBox has been wonderful for me for so many years, so I realize that I am doing something wrong, but I cannot figure this out.

What error do you get when attempting to preview the images on the Dropbox site?

As you said that the JPG files are over 100 MB each, it might not be possible to preview the images on the site as mentioned in this article.

Any other info or screenshots would be helpful.
