Are you getting this error when accessing the transfer or only when trying to download the files?
Just to make sure we're on the same page, can you check with your client if the transfer is still up and running normally?
If it is indeed and you're still getting the same error, I'd appreciate a full-page screenshot so that we can have a better visual too.
