Photos don't load on mobile app (android) or desktop (windows)
This has been going on for a while. The photos are there - they are visible in grid - but if I try to view them, Dropbox stalls, apparently trying to load all the photos in the folder. If I choose OP...

I'm also coming across this issue. It happens with any photo in my Dropbox, regardless if I'm connected to WiFi or running on my cellular network. Since I'm usually searching for specific images, I am uses the Files tab to find the proper folder that the image would be found. I don't want to scroll through endless dates to find what I'm looking for if I already have the photo in a specific location.
I'm not sure how to attach a screenshot, as I don't see an 'attachment' option. The best I can describe is that once I click an image to open it out of the grid-view, the square loading symbol appears and just keeps circulating. As Denwayz mentioned, the images will open with no issue if I select the 'open in' option and I'll usually select "Gallery" as the default application on my phone.
I'm running One UI version 7.0, Android 15 with no updates available. The Dropbox version I have downloaded is Version 428.2.2
Sidenote, I have also attempted uninstalling and reinstalling the app as well as clearing the cache. Neither troubleshooting has worked. The fact that I utilize the mobile app for 99% of my Dropbox usage, this is very frustrating and I'm at the point where I am considering other cloud storage options like OneDrive, including its ability to properly link to my phone storage.
