`'Safari can’t show the file “VHS Memories.zip” download error.

I am trying to download some large video files from dropbox to my Mac. I have loads of space on iCloud but keep getting the error-

`'Safari can’t show the file “VHS Memories.zip” in the Finder because the file has moved since you downloaded it." I cant work out what to do- any help greatly appreciated. 

They are videos of my family I thought I had lost so keen to keep them safe and somewhere ic an actually find them! Thanks

    If I understand the issue correctly, it sounds like you're getting an error, when trying to preview a file that you downloaded from your Dropbox account, is that correct? 

     

    Feel free to clarify if I got it wrong. 

     

    Would you mind sending me a screenshot of the message you mentioned above? 

     

    Also, does this happen with one specific file, or multiple ones?
