Select quality when downloading videos

So I want to download videos from a shared file and all those videos were uploaded at 1080p and when I watch them from the browser I can change the quality to 720p and 480p, however when I try download the videos, they only download at max quality (1080p), is there a way I can download them at 720p?

    No. Files downloaded will always be the original file.
