Yes, you're right. The files can be viewed on line via the web login.
May I know how to temporarily quit the APP? It's installed in my "Windows Explorer" already.

Click the Dropbox icon in your system tray, then click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Quit.

ok, "Quit" and also restart computer. However, it remains the same.
I even cannot transfer the file between folders - "There's an error occuring, cannot move the file..."

Did you test it after quitting the app and BEFORE restarting the computer? If not, the Dropbox app would still be running because it automatically launches when you restart the computer.

The Dropbox icon on the System tray below is gone now. How can I check whether it's still running?
