Some files cannot be opened in computer.

I cannot open some files in my computer. It's exactly the same "jpg" files which I synced in the past. The files are definitely not corrupted because they can be viewed on my iphone but just not the computer.

Is there a technical support in Taiwan that I can take my computer on-site and fix?

Dropbox has no face to face support I'm afraid, so you would need to find your own face to face tech teams etc. if there are any around.

You could try and reinstall Dropbox again from www.dropbox.com/downloading

However the app just gets the files on to your machine. It doesn't do anything around opening them etc. - that is all done by Windows or programmes installed on the machine. If they are opening on the website but not the local computer its a computer issue. USUALLY that would be that the correct software to open the files isn't installed.
