    Hi meetloaf13, thanks for posting today!

    Could you try checking the Dropbox folder on your machine and see if you can navigate to the file that is trying to upload by following the blue syncing icons :arrows_counterclockwise:? 

    If you locate the file, could you try moving it out of the Dropbox folder and then back in again to see if this helps?
