Stop tool-tip popups from appearing on the website

This pops up EVERYTIME the page reloads on browser. I move, copy, rename, restore, etc. it reappears. I get it, I know I can do that. This and a few others in different pages keep reappearing as...

    Hey Nicocow - thanks for bringing this to our attention. 

    Have you logged out of your account and back in since you first noticed this?

    If you did and this persists, can you try clearing your browser's cache and/or another browser and let me know if you get the same results?
