The previews of my camera uploads photos appear smaller on the Windows desktop app.
Hi,
Normally when I browse through my camera uploads on my PC, I can see the pictures on the right side of the screen when I push "Example". These pictures are large.
Now however I do not see any...

10 months agoCould you try marking the images as online only, and then as available offline, to see if this helps?

Hi, This was also my first thought. I did this many times and tried again a couple of times. I made the exercise both via the "Dropbox" and the "Camera Uploads" folder by right clicking on Dropbox and select available offline or only available online. Regards Esben

If you double-click the image, are you able to open and preview them normally on your machine?

If you quit the app as Hannah suggested here, and try clicking on an example file while the app remains closed, do you see the same results?
I'm asking because it seems in your response earlier, the syncing icons were still present, therefore the app was still running.
Also, do you notice this behavior with files specifically inside your Dropbox folder or on other folders on your PC as well?
