"There was an error downloading your file" when downloading from the site

Error message "There was an error downloading your file".    I am trying to download some pdf files from my Dropbox but am unable to get them to download. I have tried two different browsers...

    Hi Nancy, 

    Our IT guys have discovered the issue. The security division has blocked our ability to download from Dropbox for now. They are working to resolve the issue. Apologies.
