There was an error downloading your file
Hey there. Never experienced this issue before, but can't seem to download individual files within folders and get that error message. Can download the folder containing the files though.

Hey peeps, thanks for joining the discussion here!
Just to clarify with you bassplr19xx you're having this issue with Chrome, and in FF (Firefox) you can download your files without an error?
If so, can you please check if Chrome has any pending updates? Which version do you have installed?
As a first step esraamohamed, to rule out most browser related issues please try the following:
- Use another web browser
- Use an incognito/private window
- Clear browser cache and try again
Let me know what you both find!

Thanks for the info bassplr19xx!
Since the issue is just occurring in Chrome, it points to something specific within that browser.
I can suggest trying temporarily disabling your browser extensions one at a time and trying to download a file in between to see if you still get the error message.
If you're successful after disabling a specific extension, then this could be what is interfering with the action.
Otherwise, I can suggest to try resetting your browser to its default settings. You can check out this article for the steps and some more info before you do so.
Let me know if this helps!
