"This file cannot be previewed because you are offline" when previewing images in my Dropbox folder.
Help please. I cannot preview images in my dropbox folders. I get this message.This file cannot be previewed because you are offline.I do not understand how i can be offline.

Just to make sure we're aligned can you clarify if you use our desktop app or the Dropbox website to preview your file?
Do you get this error when you try to preview any file in your account, or does it happen with a specific file type? Could it be that your ISP/router is restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?
Assuming you're using the app can you try accessing the content via our website, and check what happens then? One more thing I'd like for you to check if you're on the desktop app is whether these files are online-only.
Can you please send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting so that we can have a look too? You should be able to attach one through the camera icon (insert photo option) within your reply box.
