"This file type is unsupported here" error when previewing a PDF file online
I made a new PDF, and colleague unable to open in their dropbox account (online).
Never had a prob with PDF's before AND it opens fine in my own dropbox.com account (online)
It opens fine in other PDF apps as well (Reader, etc..)

Thanks for posting today, onlineuser.
Is it possible that your colleague renamed the file and removed the extension (.pdf) at the end of the file name?
If so, the file won't be previewable; they'll need to rename it and add the extension back.
Let me know if that's not the case.

No, because I can see the file extension is intact

onlineuser, is this PDF shared via shared link with them? Or is it located within a folder that you’ve shared by adding their Dropbox email address?
Are they getting the same error on different browsers?
