Trying to view comments on PDF
Hello I am working in a shared folder. I have synced it on my laptop. But when my mentor has added comments to my PDF I am unable to view them, it just says there are none there? There is plenty ...

Yes, she shared her screen and I could see them. But when I opened the doc on my end I couldn’t see any. I tried numerous times.

Have you considered using the Dropbox comments feature instead in that case, Lucy?
- Lucy Shine Strong3 years agoExplorer | Level 3I hadn’t thought of that. My mentor uses Dropbox with other people and does the same thing regularly. She didn’t understand why I couldn’t see the comments. I didn’t want to ask her to re-do all her work.
