Unable to open Vault
Hi
I have saved files to Vault. When I go to access the Vault, I can't get it to open. It won't let me click on the folder to then key in my PIN. I've tried left and right clicks to no avail. This is what shows up:
Any ideas how to open it, please?

You can't open it from the side navigation. Click on it within your main folder list.

That is incorrect. There is no way to open a vault file from a computer that I can find, though it has been possible in the past.

HEy trewq2011 - do you happen to be using Mac computer?
If so and you've been migrated to the new Dropbox for Mac OS on File Provider version of the desktop app, this is part of the expected changes.
