If you were updated to the Dropbox for Windows update, the status icons no longer appear directly on your file icons. They're now shown in a separate Status column in the Details view, as shown below, or next to the files in the Icon view. The status icons are no longer displayed in the left-hand navigation.
This is a change enforced by Microsoft when using their Cloud Files API.

The arrows shown on the right top part of your files seem to be unrelated to Dropbox.
Would you mind clarifying the app's current syncing status? You can find both by hovering your mouse over the little Dropbox icon in your taskbar next to your WiFi.
If you right-click a file in your Dropbox folder, do you see all the expected Dropbox options?
Lastly, I know this might sound trivial, but can you try signing out of the app and then back in?

I think the sync is up to date, and everything is normal when I right click. Tried signing in and out, didn't fix the issue
