Unable to view file through confirmation email from Dropbox - is this normal?

Hi Megan, thanks for your quick reply! Yes, she sent a link, to upload a video to her biz account, non shared. And wow I feel like an idiot, but I don’t see an option to add a screenshot here. Do you have an email I can send it to?

Hey Chibi, do you happen to see a camera-like icon, when trying to reply back to me?

 

In some cases you may need to reach level 3 in our Community, in order to attach a screenshot. If you don't see anything, let me know.

      Hi Chibi, the filename isn't supposed to be clickable, it just shows the name of the file you uploaded to their account.
