Having issue with downloading video files from shared link on Mac.  Example: File size 5.35GB, downloads to completion, but Quicktime says unable to open file, file not compatible.  Check file size is 944MB.

Hello mikemmerling, I hope you're having a good day!

To have a better idea of the issue, please let me know the following:
    • Does this happen with multiple video files, or just a specific file?
    • Does using another web browser help?
    • How about an incognito/private browsing window?
Let me know and we'll go from there!

    Hello Daphine,

    Thank you for replying.

    1) Yes, this happens with multiple video files .mov and .mxf files

    2) I am not using a web browser to retrieve the file, a client of mine

sends me an email and within the email is a share link that I click on,

that opens the beginning clip of the video, to the right is another radio button giving me

an option to 'Download Direct' or 'Save to Drop Box', the latter works, the former fails.

    3) I am not sure of 'incognito/private' browsing window.

    Thank you,

    Mike
