Videos do play but without image on Mac

All my videos play with sound only on my apple computers. On iphone they play correctly, on a Win10 Computer too. But both older (Mac mini) and younger (Mac Book Pro, OS 12.7) Mac play sound only. Ho...

    Can you let us know where you're having this issue?

     

    Is it on the Dropbox website or the local Dropbox folder on your computer?

     

    If it's the website, can you try a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if that helps?

    Dear Hannah

    I am really surprised - with Google Chrome, videos run without any problems, even in non-private mode. Seems to be a Safari Problem. So I have a workaround - many thanks!!! And happy new year!!!
