View # of downloads
I see older posts on this topic but nothing newer than 2021.
Is there a way to view just the # of downloads a file has or when the last time it was downloaded? I don't need to know who, just a simple count.
I have the basic free version if that matters.

Hey Aellington, thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to the Community!
You should be able to achieve what you had in mind via the Dropbox Transfer feature.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
- Aellington3 years agoNew member | Level 2I dont think that is what I'm looking for. That is showing you how to share or transfer a file. I don't need to do that.
The file is still under my Dropbox and I already provided the necessary people with a sharable link so they can download the file as they need it.
However, I would like to know how many times the file has been downloaded. I do not need to transfer the file as that Dropbox Transfer shows. - Rich3 years ago
