Hi Nancy, these files were shared with me from a different DB user and were all mp3 files. By dropping out I mean that the audio would be playing then just cut out for a second sometimes more an then continue as if it were skipping. Finally the app version I’m currently using is 384.2.4. The same issue was happening on the senders end as well.

2 years agoDoes the issue persist on a web browser or after downloading and opening the file locally on your device(s) SR SLS?
- SR SLS2 years agoExplorer | Level 3I was having the same issue on the web browser and when I would download the file. The problem wasn’t happening on the original Pro Tools session or on the bounced file only when going through DB.

Hey SR SLS, does this also happen with files uploaded by yourself directly (non-shared ones)?
- SR SLS2 years agoExplorer | Level 3I haven’t tested this with longer audio files uploaded myself, I’ve only uploaded shorter audio files but haven’t ran into this issue with those in the past.
