If I understand this right, it sounds like you need to know more as to why your content was deleted in the first place, right?

I have read that article
Files are in many folders. Delete files in the folder but do not delete the folder.
Someone can delete thousands of such files at a time.
I have been using Dropbox for 10 years. Just now this phenomenon occurs.
The computer is only used by me. I was sitting at it when I saw a file deletion notification appear.
I have just seen many articles on the same topic of deleting files, many people have the same problem as me.
